Sabi nga ni Coco Martin – ang Batanes, ini-experience, hindi gino-google. True enough, the google pictures cannot even justify the beauty this place has to offer. I am a proud Pinoy to having been able to experience Batanes, with all its uber-breathtaking-sucking-all-your-energy-sa-kagandahan na views of hills, mountaintops, cliffs and rocky shorelines.
Our was actually a 5-day trip but we preferred to have the other 2 days as “chill” days where we only stayed home, eat pizza, roam around the small city, and eat again. I think a 3-day itinerary should be good enough already to see Batanes so sharing a summary of our trips and stops in case you want to do your own Batanes DIY tour.
